Refund and Cancellation

When refund is possible? 

The following circumstances under which refund is possible: 

i. Unsatisfied Recipient with the delivery of cakes/flowers/gifts.

100% refund is issued if the recipient is unsatisfied with the delivery as the cake was not fresh or of bad quality.

AND A mail written to us by the customer about the reason of dissatisfaction along with the transaction ID and the sender and the recipient's name by the customer which will be used to help us to improve our customer service.

Non-availability of cakes/flowers/gifts types or colors

A customer is entitled to 100% refund if the ordered cakes/flower/gift types or colors that are not available at that particular moment due to shortage of supplies and cannot be fulfilled within the specified time. But the customer will be informed first before cancelling and refund.

Delivery destination is out of our coverage

In case any area is out of our coverage area or is not accessible for any natural reason.

Refund Procedure: 

Refund will be done within three days if one of the above mentioned criteria is met. As soon as the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a refund notification in your email. Safe keep this refund notification for checking against your monthly credit card bill.
